NWOGA offers classes for girls and boys 3 years of age and older. We are a fun gymnastics program that is dedicated to helping every child reach their fullest potential, both physically and mentally. We believe gymnastics training provides the best possible foundation in physical fitness, emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility and coordination, the basics of all sports. Regardless of their physical talents, all children benefit from gymnastics activities. Therefore, we strive to create a safe, secure atmosphere that develops, in each student, self-discipline, self-confidence and enthusiasm as well as gymnastics skills

All of our classes are separated by age and ability to insure the safest and most positive learning environment. Our gymnastic classes use all the Olympic events. Gym rotations are planned in advance. A gym rotation is the schedule that each class follows during class. It consists of a warm-up exercise and 4 of the rotation events. Rotation events are Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, Bars, and Vault. In addition to our regular classes, we offer tumbling classes for cheerleaders.  We also have competitive Gymnastic Teams (levels 4 thru 9).
